Chocolate fantasy party

The chocolates are on order. That’s right — the Valentines Day party’s happenin’, on Valentines Day, with wine and chocolates.

And not just any chocolates — These’re yummy, Chocolate Peanut Crunch Bars from Sweet Earth Organic Chocolates. And they’re certified organic and fair trade to boot.

I’ll have yummy organic wine from Five Hills Blue to get your tipsy ass buying lots of chocolates. But in the party spirit, bring your fave bottle of whatever to share too — organic beer, wine, vodka, etc. Okay — even non-alcoholic beverages will be allowed too.

Party goals: To have fun. To celebrate our love for chocolate and wine. To enjoy organic and fair trade products. And to make fair trade chocolate a convenient and viable financial option for Los Angeles people during this chocolatey holiday.

Which is why the wine’s free but the chocolate’s not. Think: A 12 oz blend of milk chocolate, freshly ground organic peanut butter and brown rice crispies smothered in rich dark chocolate — yours for just $1.50 each.

Evite to go out soon — Please comment or email me for an invite, as I won’t be publishing my home address here.

  2. Thanks dear — Hope you can make it, if for nothing else than the chocolate :) I’ll save you some if you fall deep into an all-consuming love affair before then –
