Liveblogging at Caffe Etc.

Filed under: caffeine, fairtrade, losangeles, organic — Siel @ 12:32 pm

Just bit into my tuna melt — yum.

Caffe Etc.’s right across the street from Karma Coffeehouse, but the two have totally different vibes. Karma’s cozy and intimate loungey, while Caffe Etc.’s sunny, modern and brisk. It’s the lunch rush right now, and people are just rolling in for their paninis. 6 people stand in line right now.

Not that you can’t hang out here for a while if you’re so inclined — It’s what I’m doing. The place is busy, but not noisy, and it has free wifi. Near the back, a pair of couches invite you to relax.

Also, Caffe Etc. serves yummy organic and fair trade coffee from one of my fave companies, Thanksgiving Coffee :) Not just a cup, but a just cup! And the nice guy at the counter filled up my reusable mug without missing a beat :)

Caffe Etc. 6371 Selma Ave. @ Cahuenga. Hollywood. 323.464.8824. 7 am - 11 pm everyday.
