Me in GOOD magazine

Remember that coffee tasting I did at GOOD magazine? It’s now up, along with the rest of the launch issue — congrats GOOD!

And yey me :) For the record, I didn’t realize I’d be like the person everyone else’s opinion would be compared to! I thought we were all just amateurs who liked coffee. In retrospect, maybe I shoulda put more effort into the descriptions –

I’ll be at the “Party Like You Give A Damn” LA launch next Saturday, Sept. 16. The self-described celebrity Tod Brilliant‘ll be there too, “likely handing out copies of Plan B looking like a dork,” he sez.

You should come too! More about GOOD here, and pics from a previous party here :)

Update, 11/28/06: GOOD throws a Worldchanging book party

Update, 2/4/07: An interview with GOOD’s founder.

  1. Siel,

Thanks! Looking forward to seeing you on 9/16. You’ll definitely be one of our guests of honor.

  2. Leave it to Dunkin Donuts to trump Folgers as the worst coffee ever brewed - that is, besides gas station coffee.

  3. Thanks Michael :) And yes, Fletch — I have to say the Dunkin’ Donuts stuff was the one that was actually repulsive –
