So Environmental Working Group threw a Hollywood party, sort of.

Dave (left), who works for EWG, came to visit his hometown LA for a lil while, and put the thing together with a lil help from his musician friends.

Thus, a party-fundraiser called Bring on the Green! for the Environmental Working Group Action Fund.

EWG, BTW, is the group behind Skin Deep, which I use all the time, and Ronald McHummer, which is always hilar.

For $20, we got organic food from Real Food Daily, lotsa beer (Fat Tire), live music, and gift bags. Plus an entry into a drawing for an original painting by local artist Harry Blitzstein — To the left’s the girl who won :)

I dragged my friend Robin with me — In retrospect, maybe I shoulda invited more enviro friends, just cuz most of the people there were actors and musicians. Not that they can’t also be environmentalists!

In any case, it was a fun time :) I ate way too many “Living Paradise” wraps —
