		<description>kudos to you for repairing instead of buying new and at the same time supporting a small local business rather than a large overseas manufacture.
I spend the last weekend learning to sew and then mending all my worn out clothes.  It was much more satisfying than any shopping spree.
p.s. do you really bike in the those shoes? fancy.
p.p.s. next time you are ready to invest check out adbusters' shoes.  when you buy a pair, you become a shareholder in the company and get to vote on new designs, etc.</description>
