    Thanks Kristen :) Corrected!

Hi Siel, Oh the horror in finding out that you’re endorsing Bill Lockyear for Treasurer!

I was hoping that a Green Girl like you might consider that a candidate (like me) who takes the time to find eco-blogs (like yours) and participate on a real grass roots level might deserve an endorsement from you. Plus the fact that Lockyear is an attorney, not an investment manager like me, and just plain unqualified to manage the state’s money.

Anyway, it’s not too late to change your reccomendation :P

Don’t be a sucker….Vote Thakker! (for State Treasurer)

P.S.- I think you meant to endorse “Todd” Cretien and not “Tom.” Also, consider endorsing Larry Cafiero for Insurance Commish. www.votecafiero.com

    Peace

Hey Mehul — Thanks for dropping by, and for catching the Tom / Todd mixup. I got it right on the initial post, but messed up on the roundup :P

Larry dropped by and gave us some more info about his qualifications, which you can see on the Insurance Commissioner post. A consistent issue that comes up for me in considering green candidates is that many seem to be low on govt. experience….
