Los Angeles has places like $6.99 Rent-A-Car. www.699rentacar.com While they also charge a mileage fee, most days I only drive 8-12 miles, i.e. home, office, train, office, home. Flexcar can't give or won't give you these pricing options. And, they refused to bring their business out to the Northeast San Fernando Valley.</description>
