		<description>Don't forget about the annual LA River Ride on June 10 (www.labikecoalition.org).  They have several rides with the longest to Long Beach.  I haven't been on the ride yet, but have  volunteered a few times for the event.

When I worked on Long Beach a couple of years ago, it was nice to be able to bike commute along the LA River.</description>
