If you really want to go organic on the undies or other wears you should check out hemp clothing. I have a link to a hemp clothing distributor on http://www.envirofreak.com - check it out, or you can go to http://www.doobiewear.com and just buy it there.

Glad I could help, girls :) I'm <a href="http://greenlagirl.com/2005/09/13/going-after-the-big-ones-wal-mart-and-target/" rel="nofollow">not a huge fan of Target</a>, but I'm glad that even shoppers there have some better organic cotton options --

I just saw some organic Hanes panties on Target.com - they have low-rise briefs, bikinis, and boy shorts. They're made in the USA, and cost $7.99. I couldn't find out if that was for one pair of panties, or a 2- or 3-pack or whatever. They won't be shipped for 2 to 6 weeks, though. On a related note, they also have some organic bed sheets and bath linens in their stores.

Thanks for this post. Saved me some leg work. It seems ridiculous to me to charge over $10 for a pair of panties. I'll stick with the lower-priced ones. Rawganique's panties looked a little on the baggy side or was the model just too skinny to fill 'em? (yikes!) I'm curious however to test the "breathability" of the Gaiam's Silver Lining panties. Veeeery eenteresting!

Thanks! I like your game plan, I think I will do the same. I recently bought a bamboo long sleeve from the Natural High store in Santa Monica on Main St. and it is wonderful.
