Clean-Air Car Show and Film Festival in South Pasadena 7/22

Posted by Siel in events (Monday July 16, 2007 at 8:36 am)

A Clean-Air Car Show and Film Festival (PDF) is happening in South Pasadena. Put together by the city, the free event’ll showcase more than 20 eco-friendly cars, many already on the market, and screen An Inconvenient Truth and Who Killed the Electric Car in the Rialto theater.

Visitors’ll get free snacks while they browse informational exhibits and learn more about various enviro-related issues from mini-seminars planned throughout the day. And kid’ll get their own activity area.

It all happens Sunday, July 22, 2007, from 11 am to 6 pm on El Centro St. between Fair Oaks Ave. and Mound Ave. in South Pasadena. If you go, take public transit! Take the Gold line to Mission station, and a free shuttle will whisk you over to the festival.

  1. The MTA 260/361 line also runs down Fair Oaks from Pasadena to South Pas!
