		<description>I think a big issue for me is the fact that it does take a lot of money and resources to put a prop on the ballot. Rejecting a measure for smaller political gains seems like a gross waste, when the measure itself is a useful and beneficial one.</description>

Excellent point. I think it's a dirty trick to let the current people "transition" to the new system, but it's not exactly a reason to vote against the bill if you think the changes are good. 

But I'm also against all term limits--Let me vote for who I want to vote for!</description>
