Odd — The ingredients sound so unhealthy!
This does remind me though that the girlscout cookies I ordered via my landlord’s cute daughter have not yet arrived! Has anyone else already received their Do-si Dos?

I totally believe that stress is a silent killer that eats its way into our bodies and turns into disease. The sense of community and the comfort it brings must be a significant added equation to help these folks sustain such long lives.
My friend Russell Sydney’s new mantra: Slow down and buy local. (= a more sustainable life!)
