[Part of my challenge to give something away every day for 29 days]
Signs I don’t have my shit together: 1) I put up the Wednesday freebie on Tues. cuz I thought it was Wed. 2) I’m a day behind on my 29 Days of Giving Challenge!
But two wrongs make a right for me. Despite the early freebie post yesterday, I’m just gonna put up another freebie post day. It’s Wed., after all. I know this for sure thanks to the recurring weekly happy hr I’ve set up with my friends for Wed., for which I always arrive on time on the right day –
To the point: Today’s giveaway’s a copy of “Hey Mr. Green,” a compilation of the advice Mr. Green — Sierra magazine’s eco-answer dude — has doled out since Feb. 2005, when his column launched.
Here’s my review. Want the book? Tell me what part of the review made you want to read the book in a comment on this post by Friday to get into the drawing, which’ll happen Saturday.

I liked the review, and would really like to read the book, because here in the clueless south we have no weekly articles about the environment. Here it seems like they talk about being green one week out of the whole year. (Earth Day).

Hi, When I read the line in your review that said
“humorously informational!” It is great to read and learn, but making it funny is even better. Many thanks, Cindi

I would like to read the book because of the money saving tips. So many things in being green involve spending more money to get more efficient things. I can’t afford to do all that I wish I could. And I hate lawn mowers and I want to read about other people who hate them too.

I enjoy a humorous take on the issues that really “grind my gears.” The tidbits in your review peaked my interest and I would love to read this and then pass the book on to others (in true enviro fashion).
Have a great weekend!

I’d love to read the part about the lawns, because I feel the same way.
