I am uncomfortable with the inclusion of chemicals, formaldehyde, and parabens in the products that my wife uses. I want to give her the book and hope that we can find safer natural/organic cosmetic products that would satisfy her and replace much of what she has been using. I used t be a bargain fashionista, buying products that were made in sweat shops and tested on animals. Karma aside, this brings the truth to the surface that saving money in the short term does not even begin to excuse the long term effects. Cancer, disease, allergins, chemicals...it is a vicious cycle. Being cheap and stingy really does give you a killer look. I love how real people were brought to light...it makes reality that much more vivid...and lethal! Thank you Cindi! Your review was really chillin.
