Many of my dinners are done within 10 miles of my house.
Here is one. Traditional but classic.
Lamb chop fried with a bit of garlic onions and mint.
mashed patatoes. With a bit of milk (Fresh milk not uht or semi-skimmed or anything real milk) and spring onions, salt and pepper.
Could have more veg but i am not a fan of veg.
Dahm you I feel hungery now. :)
