>> Get to the closing party for 42RIDE, “a bike journey across America to benefit the Alliance of Biking and Walking” put together by 42BELOW vodka. The free event invites all L.A. area cyclists. Party with the bikers arriving in Los Angeles on Sat., August 22 at 6 pm at Orange 20 Bikes, 4351 Melrose Ave., Los Angeles. There’ll be free bike valet.

Huh. I didn’t know it was “I Love State Parks” Weekend. I was too busy unwinding and disconnecting while spending 3 days camping at a State Park.
