>> In case you’ve forgotten: About a year ago, 143 million pounds of beef produced by a Chino slaughterhouse got recalled after the Humane Society publicized graphic footage of workers using forklifts, high-pressure water sprays, wooden sticks and electric shocks to force sick cattle up to be processed into beef.
