		<description>I see your point -- I think Monterey tries to cover the bases with a little coding system (i.e. icons that distinguish those on the list for high mercury levels vs. species depletion). Still, I really wish these groups would work more together. It&#039;s hard to feel motivated to donate money to their causes if it seems like they&#039;re simply duplicating work while splitting hairs with each others&#039; methods....</description>

		<description>In my past life, I worked for a group called the Marine Fish Conservation Network.  The reason the cards have different fish listed in different places is because they have different ideas of what is sustainable.  For example, some of the cards only take into account the health of the fish stocks, others take into account the fishing practices used to catch the fish and others will even take into account the transport of the fish (i.e. the carboon footprint of the delivery).  I can&#039;t remember which is which, it&#039;s been seven years since I was with the Netrwork, but the card I carry is Monterey Bay&#039;s.</description>
