The first draft, released last September, was met with much anger and angst by the bicycle community. So far, this draft seems to be making people happier. >> And to more publicly comment on the treatment of cyclists by the LAPD, join the “Project Civil Obedience” Critical Mass ride this Friday., June 25 at 7:30, starting at Wilshire and Western. The idea: Cyclists will obey all traffic rules, in cooperation with the police. “We will all be demonstrating that WE ARE TRAFFIC by following all road rules to the LAPD and the rest of the public.”
