Cooperstown may lack good wine, but you should’ve checked out some of their beer while you were there — Brewery Ommegang makes awesome Belgian-style ales, available in friendly neighborhood Cooperstown convenience stores.

I wanted to! I’d gotten a recommendation for that place from Chris, Beer Activist. But unfortunately, the schedule got to tight to make it to Ommegang — damn those extraneous wedding events!
