How do I know most Angeles have a very low enviro-I.Q.? Cuz they fill the big blue bins with non-recyclables, they dump trash all over the streets of L.A. (especially in my East Hollywood neighborhood), they put their groceries in plastic bags, they don't use their own mug to fill their lattes at Starbucks, and (unless they're poor immigrants who use the bus) they continue commuting to work in (mostly) SUVs.
