  • When to hack the New Yorker: The web version of the New Yorker usually gets pub’d on Sunday, a day before it hits the stands. Gotta figure out the code to read it early though; Kottke tells you how.
  • When not to drive: Some activists have dubbed this Sunday, April 29, 2007, California No Drive Day. Plan accordingly. (via The Cleanest Line)
  • When Nature Calls: A play in Boyle Heights comprised of 6 monologues that hinge on environmental-issues. Reader Rafi says “Although I thought the play was uneven, there were parts that I found to be very informative, inspirational, and uplifting…. It really spoke to the way that a particular environmental issue can affect your deeply, and become a passion, without you realizing it happens.” Play runs until 5/20; tickets cost $8-$12.
