Twenty years later, in 2004, we were spending less than 10 percent on food and 16.2 percent on healthcare…. You have to wonder, if we were spending a little bit more on our food — if we were paying the real cost of food — would we be spending less on healthcare? I think there’s a strong argument to be made that we would.”
