Sushi lovers: Finally, a sushi-specific seafood guide (PDF) is now available. The wallet-sized guide’s now downloadable from the Monterey Bay Aquarium, already well known for its more generic Seafood Watch Guide.
And in case you needed an excuse to eat sushi, Monterey Bay Aquarium wants you to join its National Sushi Party. Between now and Tuesday, Oct. 28, just go to your fave sushi place with the seafood guide in tow, then order conscientiously.
Already, 682 people have signed up to party on Facebook — and one group in Chicago’s livetweeting their sustainable sushi lunch at Whole Foods right now!
