So Obama’s stimulus plan should give most Americans a bit of a tax break — in anticipation of which you may be planning a shopping spree. As always, don’t buy stuff you don’t need or can’t afford — But if you do need to invest in some key eco-fashion pieces, a whole bunch of eco-boutiques are having major sales:

I think you misunderstood the stimulus plan, as I don’t think it will give a break to go on a shopping spree!
