That’s really funny you should ask about lotion! I was just thinking today that I should write about my new favorite lotion and here you go asking!

A few weeks ago I bought a bottle of lotion from Whole Foods – it’s actually their 365 brand, and I really like it. It’s a nice light grapefruit scent, paraben free and it makes my skin feel really nice. And get this – it was like 1.99 for a 16 oz bottle!

At first, I didn’t like that it didn’t *immediately* absorb, that it took a few extra rubs to get it into my skin, but I got over it, and think it’s great. Very light, not greasy, nice smell, and my sensitive skin seems to like it!

Yes, the packaging’s unattractive. Ugliness is not required for greenness. Why not make green look good?

I didn’t know that Aubrey had penetrated the RiteAid market! Will have to check it out –

Ehem… the packaging is unattractive? Aren’t we greens supposed to care more about the inside of stuff.

I used to get Trader Joe’s $1.99 lotion but I dunno, maybe it has paraben. And I love the Lavender Kiss My Face.

BTW, I noticed last week that Rite Aid and other major drugstores are carrying Avalon and Aubrey Organics and Burt’s Bees. But Burt’s Bees is at Borders too, and I hear it was bought out by a big corporation.
