Most online boutiques announce themselves with a simple press release, but one new L.A.-based shop’s entering the eco-fashion e-business with launch party IRL! Elevate Boutique’s Launch Party invites all to eat, drink, take part in giveaways, bid on eco-fashion items in a silent auction, and enjoy musical performances.

Started by one Crystal Ung, Elevate Boutique will feature organic, handmade, and fair trade fashions for women. Partygoers will get to enjoy free hors d’oueuvres and non-alcoholic drinks while mingling with fellow fashionistas, Crystal, and some of the designers whose fashions will be sold at Elevate Boutique.
Plus, 10% of the proceeds from bigger eats and alcoholic drinks — as well as all the proceeds from the silent auction — will be donated to CARE, a nonprofit that works to eradicate global poverty.
