This week’s eco-topic: Water! In celebration of World Water Day, coming up on March 22, today begins Water Week at Emerald City!

Restaurants all over L.A. are participating in The Tap Project, a UNICEF campaign to help make clean tap water available to children around the world.

>> FilterForGood: Filtered tap water plus reusable water bottle. Brita and Nalgene have combined their forces to create the FilterForGood campaign, encouraging people to drink filtered tap water in to-go reusable bottles instead of continuously buying bottled water.
