I don't think the farm in the film posed these issues, but in any case, I think you'd be interested in watching this program from <a href="http://greenlagirl.com/calis-renewable-energy-initiative-meets-eco-hurdles/" rel="nofollow">KQED’s Climate Watch</a> -- dubbed Unlocking the Grid -- which addresses some of the issues you bring up. Even if majority of eco, green and scientific circles object them, the energy company is always right, since it own the magic word: GREEN!
