3884362307 df7619f0a3 m Friday freebies: English Bay Polo from Faeries DanceA twice-weekly sharing of eco-shwag.

Today’s giveaway’s a women’s English Bay Polo that comes courtesy of online eco-boutique Faerie’s Dance!

This feminine polo has a slim fitted cut and a 4-button front with collar, and is made of 70% viscose from bamboo, 30% organic cotton — in China, though according to Faerie’s Dance, “in a factory monitored for human rights adherence and fair working conditions.” You can pick from 3 colors — ivory, cocoa, or deep blue — and 5 sizes ranging from x-small to x-large (check Faerie’s Dance’s site for sizing, since the shirts run a tad small).

Faerie’s Dance actually specializes in eco-lingerie, with bras and panties made of all manner of greener materials. Not sure which fabric suits you best? The Bikini Sampler Gift Set can give you a feel for the greener options out there.

Comment — specifying which size and color you’d prefer — by Tuesday to get into the drawing, which’ll happen Wednesday (more info on freebies here). US addresses only.

  1. Thanks to hackers, I had to revert to an old, pre-hacked version of green LA girl — which means all the entries to this freebies were lost. However! I did still have all your entries on record — Here they are below. Everyone’s still entered into the drawing:

the calitexican: cocoa, L. how cute! i guess you need my email: thecalitexican at gmail dot com.

Charity: small, cocoa! I couldn’t find anything to wear this morning, maybe this is a sign. Haha.

karen: this would be perfect… i was just thinking i needed something like this. if i’m the lucky one: small, ivory please.

Anna: cute, and I like shirts with bamboo. deep blue, M.

Thor Khov: I would love an ivory small. I hope I win!

Deb: Medium in cocoa. Cute top!

Condo Blues: A medium cocoa polo would be a great way to kick off fall!

Aimee W.: I would love to win the Cocoa in a size Large…thanks so much!

Rebecca: I would love the Ivory in size small. This looks really comfortable.

Cindi: I love the qualities of bamboo and how it can cool and heat the body! This is a nice looking basic shirt. The blue in a size small is my favorite.
    Many thanks, Cindi
