Friday Freebies: Javatrekker

Posted by Siel in books, caffeine, freebies (Sunday January 13, 2008 at 1:20 am)

A twice-weekly sharing of eco-shwag.

Only a day late –

Once I started reading Javatrekker: Dispatches From the World of Fair Trade Coffee, I couldn’t put it down. So now that you’ve read what I think about it, take the coffee trip for yourself!

Dean Cycon, founder and owner of Dean’s Beans, reveals how fun, crazy, and treacherously difficult these treks to coffee lands can be in Javatrekker, a nomadic memoir of sorts. Comment or email by Tuesday to get into the drawing, which’ll happen Wednesday. US addresses only.
