Please enter me in the contest. There was a terrific interview in Grist with Stacy Malkan.
Your review was excellent and right on! I am uncomfortable with the inclusion of chemicals, formaldehyde, and parabens in the products that my wife uses. I want to give her the book and hope that we can find safer natural/organic cosmetic products that would satisfy her and replace much of what she has been using. Thank you for making this book available to your readers.

Your review was really chillin. I used t be a bargain fashionista, buying products that were made in sweat shops and tested on animals. Karma aside, this brings the truth to the surface that saving money in the short term does not even begin to excuse the long term effects. Cancer, disease, allergins, chemicals…it is a vicious cycle. Being cheap and stingy really does give you a killer look. I love how real people were brought to light…it makes reality that much more vivid…and lethal!

TGIF! The idea that we are exposed to carcinogenic chemicals daily that can be much better controlled.

This review changed my whole mind on cheap makeup and to check the ingredients in makeup. I recently was usin a anti wrinkle cream that gave me headaches at night. Now it all makes since!
