Today’s freebie’s a coconuty gift pack from The Body Shop!
Valued at about $70, The Body Shop coconut oil gift pack includes a Coconut Body Butter, Coconut Body Scrub, Coconut Shower Cream, and Coconut Shimmer Body Lotion
What’s green — or at least greenish — about the pack? The bath and body goodies are made with organic virgin cocoa oil harvested by Samoan farmers working under fair trade standards.
That said, not all ingredients in these products will be beloved by green LA girl readers. Yes, we’re talking fragrance — so you may want to put the ingredients — all listed on The Body Shop’s site — through Environmental Working Group’s Skin Deep cosmetic database before committing to the drawing.

Coconut oil makes the best bath stuff! I just switched to a conditioner with coconut oil, it’s so good!

I worked at The Body Shop years ago and we would always get wrong number calls–The Body Shop was also an exotic dancing joint int town…

I am not going on vacation this summer, thus a coconut scented prize package sounds wonderful!
The Tropics right here in my own home. I like that the Body Shop is using Fair Trade practices with these items! Now, if they will begin to clean up the ingredients, it is a win-win situation.

I keep a jar of unrefined coconut oil by my bed and use it as a moisturizer every night. Way cheaper than all of these “enhanced” concoctions with hard to pronounce ingredients!
