A weekly sharing of the eco-shwag I get via the blog–
A new series! First up: A copy of Simply Green Parties, reviewed here. The publisher accidentally sent me an extra copy, so it’s going to a lucky reader.
Want it? All you have to do is add a new fair trade coffee shop to this national list by either writing a comment or sending an email to greenlagirl@gmail.com.
Please make sure the coffee shop has a significant commitment to fair trade, then send me the name, address, phone number, and hours of the cafe — plus the website, if any.
Submissions taken until midnight this Sunday, at which point I’ll put the names of all entrants into a hat and draw a winner :)
Update: Jordan in Cambridge, Mass., won the book :)

Sorry, can’t add something to your fair trade coffee shop-list, but I would like to draw your attention to
Deceiving Consumers and to Cornucopia Institite.
All the best

Ok… so on first glance I thought that the book said simply green pasties. How very environmentally kinky. Perhaps I should get my eyes checked.

I would add this definitely. I was surprised it wasn’t already on the list.

I updated my list here to include Jersey City, too:

(I already have the book, so don’t include me in your draw :)

Wild Goose Bakery Cafe in Carmel Valley. Swung by there on the way to a wedding. Tasty.

Thanks for the links, Gernot :)
No pasties yet on this blog, but interesting read, Alotta :P
Jill — All the NY and NJ listings are done by Jasmin of the Worste Witch — I’ll add you to the drawing regardless tho, since I’m not sure when Karen’s got added, and since I loved your post on the place :) Thanks dude!
Jasmin — I owe you one for so so many things –
Summer — Thanks dude!
