Now that Green Business Networking‘s moved to The Ambrose Hotel, which I can walk to from my place, I’ll be going to these more regularly –
Basically, they’re monthly get togethers for green business people. It’s like Green Drinks, except a sizeable chunk of people come in suits and hand out business cards with each handshake.
Here’s the official description: “Green Business Networking serves our city’s dynamic and growing green business community by providing the owners and decision-makers of socially- and environmentally-consciousness businesses a time and place for connecting, sharing, deal-making and networking. ”
I still don’t have a business; I go to see friends — Pics are from the last GBN.
And if you want to, you could still just come for the booze. $10 cover includes free wine and snacks. The yummies came from Rawevolution last time.
Details on Green Business Networking and more events on my green calendar –
Green Business Networking. At the The Ambrose Hotel. 1255 20th Street, Santa Monica. 6 – 9 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

I love it! It’s great that there are networking opportunities so that green businesses can help each other out.

It’s rather amazing how many of them there are in LA, with this GBN, Green Drinks, and Sustaniable Business Council, among others –

You never know unless you go. By networking it helps creates a common bond of interest and always gives me energy. What fun.
