In just a few minutes, Sundance’ll show you how to go green and look hot at the same time.
The “Wear” episode of Sundance’s 14-week series called The Green airs tonight at 9 pm, featuring eco-designer Linda Loudermilk, Robert Downey Jr, and that blond fashion dude from Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.
Tune in to see really, really pretty fashions that’re really really green. I’ll warn ya — Linda Loudermilk gets the bulk of the airtime, and her designs aren’t exactly cheap. Still, the girl talks the talk, emphasizing a departure from our throwaway, disposable culture. Linda says that a “finely crafted product is one that’ll last a long time. That’s why luxury’s such an important part of eco.”
Still, couture’s way beyond many people’s reach. So “Wear” also features Patagonia’s recycled clothes and showcases restyled fashions made possible via Swap-O-Rama-Rama.
Next week’s episode’s “Eat,” so the enviro-curious can tune in again, hungrily, at 9 pm, Tues. May 15.

Question: When was that done when Robert Downey Jr. was being fitted for the green show on the sundance channel? Was it this year when that was done?
He’s so cute.
