A few weeks ago I “hosted” a lil segment for Your LA, a daytime show on KNBC. Of course it was about green living in LA — in this case, transportation.
The segment aired Friday — but since I don’t watch TV, I didn’t catch it. Luckily, thanks to the internet, it’s available online.
I have a hard time saying canned things like “Let me show you what’s next” with any kind of excitement or conviction — which makes me a rather bad TV host. But it was fun trying it for a day :)
Hooray for bad TV hosts! Too bad TV isn’t like that more often. Then I might watch it.

great with a presenter that does not sound completely psyched (good or bad in AmE?, perhaps positively overwhelmed is a better word?) about the subject at hand :-)

the girl coming up behind you when you sing off by saying you are about to catch a bus shakes her head. at the camera or the thought of going by bus?

Well done Siel. The bus, flex car and an electric scooter are all great ways to get around LA. I liked your presentation.

I wish Arizona would run spots like this. But I guess we’d need to be a bit greener first. Sigh.
