If you missed that one-day premier event for The Age of Stupid with Thom Yorke, Kofi Annan, and many other eco-celebs, you now have another chance to see the hard-hitting environmental documentary — wherever you want.
Seriously — You can watch the film in your living room, if you so choose! All you have to do is hold your own screening of the film — and you might even make some money for your efforts!
How does this work? You simply need to sign up to hold an Indie Screening — and pay a license fee — which’ll depend on the size of the screening, the organization (if any) you represent, and other factors. Then, you can also charge what you want for the screening — which means you can not only make that money back, but also raise some money for your favorite eco-cause while watching a film you’ve been hoping to see.
The first day you can hold the screening’s on Oct. 24, the International Day of Climate Action. I won’t be holding a screening that day because I’m planning the Blogger Beach Cleanup — which you should all sign up for! — but hope to bring The Age of Stupid to the Santa Monica library soon!

The SM Library would be great. Keep us posted!
Thanks!
