As you probably noticed, MateVeza was the only thing I drank all night and there were one options like wine and vodka. I think what I liked best about it was that you didn't feel tired after drinking it which is what typically happens when people drink. In terms of sleeping, I slept like a baby, but caffeine doesn't affect me as much as the average person. I think this is in part that my mom grew up on a coffee plantation in Honduras and has been drinking it since she was 5 years old so I think some of her tolerance must have rubbed off on me.
