I am an Independent Representative with ONE Group and I am shocked to hear that you had "lumps" in your conditioner as well as separation! I have never seen this occur in my 3 years of personally using and loving the conditioner. When you are creating products with certified organic grown food sources, and bottling them without any artificial preservatives, nature has a way of stickin it to ya sometimes! But it is a small price to pay in knowing that you are making such a huge positive impact on the planet by supporting sustainability... aka purchasing products that use ingredients that are grown without the use of any pesticides, herbicides and other toxins - not to mention the amazing benefits of someone using products that have NO harmful toxic ingredients and chock full of nutrients from earth for the skin and body as nature intended for us! By all means you should receive a replacement and/or full refund for that product! Please contact your representative and he/she will be happy to accomodate this! Hi LA Green Girl!
