More bike racks at the Santa Monica Main Public Library

After a few emails to the Library board about full bike racks — and many months later — we now have more bike racks at the Santa Monica Main Public Library!

 More bike racks at the Santa Monica Main Public Library

The new racks are near the northeast corner of the library facing 6th St., and apparently already popular — We may need yet more bike racks soon –

  1. Here is a great example of why acting to influence your local government agencies *is* an effective way to make sustainable choices easier, or even in some cases possible. It is a way to have a direct effect on sustainabilities issues that no amount of blogging (alone) or national campaigning can have . . . Great work!
