Demian -- I actually thought we didn't have any Einstein Bros Bagels in LA, but it turns out we do have one -- on USC's health sciences campus! I'm dumbfounded by the lack of knowledge of Fair Trade by the baristas answering the phones and serving coffee. These are people in the coffee industry!
