		<description>I know this is a late comment, but I had the most frustrating recycling day today. I wasted FOUR HOURS of my day driving SIXTY MILES around this town trying to recycle items like VHS tapes, CDs and paint. No one in the end took any of it, and no one informed of costs over the phone. If LA makes recycling SO DIFFICULT, why wonder when it all ends up in our landfills!</description>
