Must be tough to have sulfite sensitivities! I agree not all organic wines are great -- but a lot of conventional wines suck too --

I'll first report that our nearest Trader Joes -Modesto- has run dry on Well Red, and has no sulfite free wines in stock (The upside is very wine knowledgeable clerk Pam). My interest is not greenie or vegan driven. I have a big Psoriasis problem to go with my like of red wines. Not good. "Sulfites Not Detected" is the best answer. Otherwise, as now, most European wines are way lower than California wines in sulfites, I've found. Australian, and Chilean wines too often are vinted on Calfornia model
large scale production, thus higher sulfites. I note here also that the organic, and low sulfite wineries also at times tend to follow the larger winery pricing strategy of charging more at the winery than what a super market charges for the same jug. And finally, be careful. No one has particularly brought it up, but there are organic wines on the market that can only be classified as Awful, pretty labels not withstanding.

This is a great list! I just came across it looking for wineries to visit on a trip to SLO next week. One more winery I'd like to add to your list is Kaz Winery (www.kazwinery.com) located north of Sonoma (there's a great campground just up the road, too!). They offer some organic wines, but I don't beleive all of their wines are. Great reds (and mustards), not fond of their Chard which is the only white I've tried.
