Yes, most of our food’s heavily processed. But how? And why?

Our Daily Bread‘ll give you a glimpse into the issue. Learn how most of our food’s produced sans humans. See where our food’s produced: “surreal landscapes plasticized and optimized for tractors and agricultural machinery, clean rooms in cool industrial buildings designed to ensure logistic efficiency, machines that require uniform materials for smooth processing.”

LA screenings are organized by the American Cinematheque. Screenings will be held at the Aero theater starting on Thursday, February 22. For screening times, visit the Aero Theatre schedule here.

Aero Thetre is located at 1328 Montana Ave. Santa Monica, CA. Tickets avaliable via Fandango, or at the theater right before the showing.
