It all happens Sunday, May 20. Cycling enthusiasts can kick off the day early at the “Spiff up your ride with David Orozco” workshop at Grant elementary Schoo., 2368 Pearl St., starting at 8 am., then join the bike parade to the festival in Clover Park and take advantage of the free bike valet.

Eco-friendly workshops’ll teach you how to make paper, re-fashion your old duds into new couture, and transform plastic gabs into “functional, hip and high fashion carry-alls.”
