		<description>I&#039;ve found in general that it seems to be a big tool for corporate recruiters. It certainly doesn&#039;t have that must-visit nature that facebook does once your network hits critical mass. I mostly use it when co-workers I like and respect move on so that should I find myself moving on, I can see where they&#039;re working/will work and get their thoughts on job prospects. I think that good old fashioned networking is probably more practical for freelance writing gigs.</description>
