For the last several months, I've been having local/organic produce delivered to my house via a local non-profit called <a href="http://www.freshabundance.com/" rel="nofollow">Fresh Abundance</a>. Not only am I eating healthier, but the "local" aspect of much of the food means there's less pollution created in transporting it. They also do a good job of paying their employees a "living wage" rather than minimum wage. And they use the proceeds to support <a href="http://www.peachpeople.com/news.php" rel="nofollow"> P.E.A.C.H.</a>, an organization that helps educate on nutrition and sustainability. (They even take food stamps to help lower-income families get healthy food.)
