A series that runs every Tuesday, where I ask questions unrelated to the environment, fair trade, or local politics that I’ve been wondering about but haven’t been able to google the answers to. Any advice is appreciated.
I’m thinking Halloween costumes. Usually I don’t dress up, cuz my birthday’s on all saints day. Yay me, a lil green saint!
Anyway — I feel a lil odd about starting off the year as something or someone else. But! I do like dressing up –
What was your fave Halloween costume ever, and what were you last year, if anything?
And what should I be this year? I’m hoping for the biggest bang for minimum prep and eco-stress.

Emm how about a cup of coffee. :)
Also if you want to bring a traditional Hallowean cake. (Actually the real name for hallowean is Samhain which is the irish for harvest festival it was when the ghosts came out for some reason)
Bran Breac pronouced “Barn Brack” it is a fruit cake where when cooking you put a ring a pee and a bean into it. The person who gets the slice with the ring is going to get married in the year. The pea means they will lose all their moeny. and the bean means they will not get married. Some parts of Ireland would have more stuff in the cake but that is what we do.

Hmmm… A cup of coffee… Good idea, but I think I’d really have to create the costume — Papier mache maybe?

I think my best Halloween costume was the year I was Love. Dressed all in red, plenty of glitter, and passed out Hershey’s kisses to everyone.

Hershey’s!!! That’s not fair trade! Ok — I’m calming down. Maybe I’ll be love and hand out Equal Exchange chocolates –
