Switched your lightbulbs — but haven’t thrown out the old incandescent ones? Then learn how to turn them into a holiday ornament tonight at Santa Monica eco-store The Green Life. The one stop green shop’s celebrating An Evening of Sustainable Art Food & Drinks tonight — featuring green artist Mark Venaglia.

When: Wed., Dec. 2, 7:30 pm – 10 pm
Where: The Green Life, 2409 Main St., Santa Monica
Cost: $10, all donated to Grid Alternatives, an organization that builds solar planels in low income areas.

Guests will learn how to turn incandescent bulbs into ornaments from Mark, sample organic and biodynamic wines from Venice Beach Wines, get raw food tips from chef Kirsten Gum, and receive 10% off all purchases from The Green Life.
